Inclusion

  • normal body mass index (18.5 kg/m² \< BMI \< 25)
  • healthy eating index score (\<65)

Exclusion

  • gastrointestinal and cardiovascular disease
  • food allergies or intolerances
  • pregnancy
  • smokers
