- First Presentation of Supracondylar humeral fracture (Type I and IIa modified Gartland's classification)
Exclusion
- Prior treatment of supracondylar humeral fracture
- Previous elbow injuries
- Open fractures
- Polytrauma
- Neurovascular injuries
