Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 80 married male( 50 asthenzoospermic infertile male and 30 with normal semen male) Age from 18 to 55 years.
Exclusion
- Extreme age
- Single
- Recent L carnitine intake
- Undesended testis
- Genetic cause of inferitility
- Patients with clinical Varicocele
- Azoospermic patients
