Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients with:
- a documented active malignancy;
- PICC or PORT placement for systemic chemotherapy;
Exclusion
- patients with:
- a communication disorder;
- contraindications to anticoagulation therapy;
- hematopathy;
- expected survival of less than one month;
- were lost to follow-up.
