Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Admitted to a participating intensive care unit;
- Receiving invasive ventilation; and
- Duration of ventilation \> 24 hours.
Exclusion
- Age \< 16 years;
- Patients transferred under invasive ventilation from another intensive care unit.
