Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Full-time employee who works on campus at one of the Sutter Health participating sites
- Speaks and reads English
- Consumes three or more sugar-sweetened beverages (SSB) a week
- Agrees to participate in two fasting blood draws
Exclusion
- Pregnant
