Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Adults ages 20-60 years
  • Nonspecific chronic low back pain \>3 months
  • Baseline pain ≥6/10 and disability ≥40%

Exclusion

  • Radicular leg pain
  • Prior lumbar surgery
  • Serious spinal pathology
