Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- participants must be between 18-60
- English speaking
- must have least one respiratory sx and have received care from a pulmonologist for this sx
Exclusion
- severe psychopathology (e.g., psychosis, active suicidality, moderate to severe intellectual impairment).
