Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age: 1day to 28 days .
- Sex : Both genders .
- Full Term infant ≥ 37 completed weeks.
- Persistent hypoglycemia (Blood glucose level ≤ 45 mg/dl/2,5 mmol /L) for more than one reading and not responding to IV fluids and /or oral feeding.
Exclusion
- Age more than 28 days.
- Newborn with surgical problems.
