- Adult men
- Identify as Black or African American
- Work or live in Petersburg, VA or surrounding counties
- Eligible for colorectal cancer (CRC) screening at time of study enrollment
Exclusion
- Inability to speak or read English
- Currently up-to-date with CRC screening
