Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 18 or older
- Candidate for a BM examination at the hematology unit
- Ability to answer questionnaires in Hebrew, Arabic or Russian
- Informed consent form signing
Exclusion
- Major hearing impairment
- Major visual impairment.
