Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosis of primary breast cancer
- Completion of anticancer therapy (except for hormonal therapy)
Exclusion
- Psychiatric diagnosis and treatment
- Metastasis
- Previous participation in any stress management and health promotion study
- Inability to read or write in Greek
