Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients 18 years of age or older
- preoperative diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy and/or cervical myelopathy.
Exclusion
- patients undergoing a revision cervical procedure
- current smokers
- patient with surgical indications of tumor, infection, or trauma
