Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- BMI\>40 kg/m2
- BMI\>35 kg/m2with at least one associated major comorbidity
Exclusion
- secondary obesity due to endocrine and psychological disorders
- patients under antiaggregant and anticoagulant therapy
- re-do surgery.
