Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients have oroantral fistula
- clear maxillary sinus with no infection
Exclusion
- Patients suffering from any systemic diseases affect healing of soft tissue
- patients have remaining roots or foreign body in sinus indicated for cald well luc opearation
