Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients suffering from primary headache or cervicogenic headache;
- Age \> 18 years;
- signature of the informed consent.
Exclusion
- upper cervical spine instability;
- cervical arterial insufficiency
- cervical spine fractures
- pregnancies
- rheumatoid arthritis
- severe cognitive impairment
