Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- participants age 40-80 years
Exclusion
- History of colonic surgery (except appendectomy)
- Lower gastrointestinal bleeding
- unstable vital sign during endoscopy of pregnancy
- history of inflammatory bowel disease, polyposis syndrome, colon cancer, colonic stricture, abnormal coaglulation, organ failure
