Inclusion
- knee osteoarthritis any grade
- knee chondromalacia grade 2 and above
Exclusion
- active HIV
- pregnant women
- Mental disease
- severe cardio vascular disease
- severe coagulation disorders
- infected tissues
- patients on other experimental studies within 3 months
