Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age ≥ 18
- suffering from anxious and/or depressive disorder
Exclusion
- suicide risk at the time of assessment
- comorbidity of pervasive developmental disorder
- comorbidity of psychotic disorders
- severe physical illness
- receiving concurrent psychotherapy
- receiving psychopharmacological treatment
