Inclusion
- Acne vulgaris patients diagnosed by a dermatologist
- Healthy participants without acne
- 18-40 years of age
- Voluntary participation
Exclusion
- Aged below18 or above 40 years
- Not voluntarily participated patents
- Pregnants, breast milked mothers, emergency situations
