Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Women who underwent cesarean delivery
- Women who were classified as having normal or overweight score on body mass index
- Women in their 6-12 weeks postpartum
Exclusion
- Women who underwent vaginal delivery
- Women who were obese on the body mass index
- Women with postpartum duration of less than 6 weeks or more than 12 weeks
