Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Male
- Athletes with age group of 19-30 years of age.
- All players who had a minimum of two years of resistance training experience
Exclusion
- Systemic issues with orthopedic issue, fractures, neuromuscular issue, cardiac issues.
- Players having history of prior surgery.
