Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Male
  • Athletes with age group of 19-30 years of age.
  • All players who had a minimum of two years of resistance training experience

Exclusion

  • Systemic issues with orthopedic issue, fractures, neuromuscular issue, cardiac issues.
  • Players having history of prior surgery.
