Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients subjected to lower abdominal cancer surgery.
  • Patients of both sexes
  • body mass index \< 35 kg/m2.
  • Age from 18 to 60 years.
  • ASA, I-II.

Exclusion

  • Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular or respiratory disease.
  • Severe hepatic, renal, or neurological diseases.
