Inclusion

  • Current diagnosis of Chronic Low Back Pain

Exclusion

  • Current diagnosis of cancer
  • Severe psychiatric conditions
  • Pending personal litigation relating to an injury or receiving workers' compensation benefits
  • Being a non-English speaker.
