Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- • Clinically diagnosed with stage III or IV periodontitis according to the EFP/AAP 2017 criteria.
Exclusion
- Periodontal treatment, antibiotics, NSAIDs, immunosuppressants during the last 6 months.
- Pregnancy.
- Systemic diseases.
