Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients with genetic proven myotonic dystrophy type 1
- who experienced a Doppler- Echocardiography including an assessment of the left ventricular diastolic function
Exclusion
- wall motion basal abnormalities
- significant valvular disease
