Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- A kidney transplant recipient who receives transplant at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital.
- Age \>=18 years
- Both deceased donor and living donor kidney transplantation will be included
Exclusion
- multiorgan transplantation
- Known allergy to RLS or NSS
