Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • non-smokers healthy adults;
  • age 20-65 years;
  • ability to provide informed written consent

Exclusion

  • obesity;
  • chronic diseases or pharmacological therapies;
  • dietary restrictions;
  • allergy or intolerance to the tested food
