Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Lumbar disc herniated patients
- Failed proper conservative treatment more than 6 months
Exclusion
- Previous history of lumbar spine surgery OR lumbar epidural steroid injection
- Infection OR malignancy
- Allergic to any given components
- Lactation and pregnency
