Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with acute myocardial infarction
- patients received coronary angiography
- invasive management within 72 h of hospital admission
Exclusion
- NYHA III-IV
- malignant tumor
- acute infection
- thyroid dysfunction
- Life expectancy of b1 y
- Unsuitable for PCI
