Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • score of ≤ 5 on the Tilburg Frailty index
  • able to walk independently without walking aids.

Exclusion

  • score of \>6 on the Tilburg Frailty index
  • uncorrected visual or hearing impairments
  • Vestibular dysfunctions
  • current use of walking aids.
