- 1\) Clinical diagnosis of idiopathic oligoasthenoteratozoospermia

Exclusion
- Vasectomy
- Azoospermia or severe oligozoospermia
- Current use of a treatment or drug
- Cancer, heart disease or cirrhosis history
- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus -
