Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- previous back surgery of at least 6 months duration.
- age ≥ 18.
- failure of conventional pharmacological management.
Exclusion
- cauda equina syndrome.
- pregnant or lactating women.
- anti-coagulant therapy.
