Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • previous back surgery of at least 6 months duration.
  • age ≥ 18.
  • failure of conventional pharmacological management.

Exclusion

  • cauda equina syndrome.
  • pregnant or lactating women.
  • anti-coagulant therapy.
