Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- physically active (\~260 min/week) possessing high fitness level,
- free from injury,
- able to give full written consent,
- meet age criteria 19-26 years.
Exclusion
- smokers,
- chronic pulmonary disease,
- cardiac disease.
