Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age 18 to 55 years
  • Participate in recreational or competitive sport (at least 1x/week)

Exclusion

  • History of Achilles tendinopathy
  • Presence of rheumatological disease
  • Not able to complete an exercise programme
