Inclusion
- 20-60 year old patients.
- American society of anaesthesia (ASA) 1 and 2.
- Emergency surgery.
Exclusion
- Refusal.
- allergy.
- neuromuscular disease.
- Suspected desaturation.
- Severe cardiac disease.
- Severe pulmonary disease.
