Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Palate with normal and healthy mucosa
- Patient with indication of gingival graft surgery
Exclusion
- Patients using prosthesis with palate coverage
- Former removal of gingival graft in the palate
- Smokers
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding mothers
- Use of anticonvulsants and immunosuppressors
