Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- children scheduled for hand/wrist surgery
- body weight \> 5kg
Exclusion
- infection at the site of the regional blockade
- coagulation disorders
- immunodeficiency
- ASA= or \>4
- steroid medication in regular use
