Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult patients
- Single or double lung transplantation
Exclusion
- Contraindications to TEE including:
- perforated esophagus;
- esophageal stricture;
- esophageal tumor; and
- history of an esophagectomy
- Patients that require a tracheostomy postoperatively.
