Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age \>18 yrs
- Mechanically ventilated patients after first 48 hours of admission in RICU
Exclusion
- Age \<18 yrs
- Patients already diagnosed pneumonia
- Malignancy
- patient refused participation in the study.
