Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ≥ 60 years old
- Lumbar spinal canal stenosis, undergoing spinal surgery
- Westermark grade 3 or 4 ATTR amyloid burden on ligamentum flavum biopsy
Exclusion
- Prior diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis
- Unwilling to provide informed consent
