Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- gastric adenocarcinoma
- intraoperatively suspected infiltration of surrounding organs (stage cT4bN0-3bM0)
- partial or total gastrectomy
Exclusion
- distant metastases (M1)
- gastrectomy combined with resection of organs other than spleen, pancreas, or colon
