Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age: 16 years and above.
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class: I, II and III.
- Elective surgeries under General Endotracheal Anesthesia.
- Potentially difficult airway.
Exclusion
- Pregnancy
- Body mass index \>35 kg/m2
- Known allergy to drugs used in the study
- Liver and renal insufficiency
