Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 20 to 45 years
- Both male and female
- Low back pain \> 6 months
- NPRS\>3
- The symptoms of pain are lessened or disappeared after bed rest, while pain symptoms are aggravated after bending over, sitting for a long time, or standing for a long time.
Exclusion
- Pelvic bone fracture
- Pregnancy
- Pelvic implants
- Lumbosacral disc herniation
- Sacroiliac joint inflammation
- Lumbar spine fracture
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Malignancy
- Ankylosing spondylitis
