Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients \> 18 years old Patient diagnosed as cancer Intractable pain Progressive neurologic comprise Radioresistant tumors
- Failure of radiotherapy
- Failure of chemotherapy
- Fit for surgery
Exclusion
- Patient younger 18 years old spinal 1ry tumor
