Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- o Patients with a diagnosis of severe septic shock.
- Patients With an ICU stay of more than 24 hours
Exclusion
- o Age \<18 years old.
- Patients with (COPD).
- Patients with heart failure.
- Patients with active pulmonary edema
