Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age \> 18 years old
  • Premorbid mRS \< 2
  • NIHSS \> 5
  • ASPECTS ≥ 5 or pc-ASPECTS ≥ 5

Exclusion

  • Onset to treatment time \> 24 hours
  • Loss to follow up after discharge
