Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Undergoing orthodontic treatment by fixed orthodontic appliance.
- Indicated for a bilateral miniscrews.
- Good oral hygiene.
Exclusion
- Medically compromised patients.
- Heavy smoker.
- Dry mouth ( Xerostomia).
- mucogingival lesions.
- Patients with chlorhexidine allergy.
