Inclusion
- Be within the pre-determined age range.
- Be able to perform the proposed intense dynamic exercise protocol.
Exclusion
- Locomotor system dysfunctions.
- Use of analgesic/anti-inflammatory medication at the time of recruitment.
- Calorie-restricted diet or ergogenic supplementation.
