  • • Children with pneumoperitoneum / perforated viscus
  • Children aged 0 day to 15 years
  • Both genders

Exclusion

  • • Malnourished children
  • Children aged above 15 years
  • Clean surgeries
  • Low Hb level
  • Parents unwilling to take part
